Loving Laguna: Tuding's Original Porkchop

We are looking for a quick place to eat when we chanced upon Tuding's at Pacita Avenue. We heard good reviews about their pork chop. Honestly, we do not eat pork chop often except for few cases such as this. So, we ordered their 'silog' (sinangag and itlog) meals without hesitation.

Since we are not a big fan of pork chop, our expectation is based on the food bloggers' description of Tuding's pork chop. It is true that the pork was relatively thinly sliced compared to some we have seen and easy to cut and chew. The fried rice is not greasy like traditional 'sinangag' and the servings are relatively big for one person.

The ambiance is definitely not like a fine dining restaurant. It is not air conditioned and those who want to eat have to 'pay as you order'.  The price of the 'silog' meal is relatively inexpensive.

A fair warning: do check their utensils before using particularly in this branch. As a whole, Tuding's is quite ok particularly if you are a porkchop and 'silog' meal lover.

Happy Eating!!!
