Peninsula Manila: Afternoon Tea Buffet at the Lobby
Afternoon Tea Buffet Table |
Pretty plates and teacups |
Beautiful Teapot |
It was our very first time to experience an afternoon tea buffet here. As soon as we were ushered to our table, we instantly remembered little girls playing tea party upon seeing the tea cups and tea pots. The server asked for our preferred drinks. We asked for a juice and a tea. A milk was also given probably to partner with the chamomile tea.
Variety of Scones: Plain, Mango and Raisin |
Filipino fare: Sapin Sapin, Bibingkang Malagkit and Maja Blanca |
South East Asian dish: Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce |
Asian Noodles |
One of the best things, we liked at the afternoon tea buffet is the diversity of food showcasing different culture. Plus, sweets and more sweets for the desserts!
